Oh, little old me?

Writing intros is difficult. Though the number of eyes that will eventually grace this page is inevitably miniscule, I feel a deep desire to impress you with my quirky descriptions or obscure interests. The desire to impress, of course, is equally humiliating as any try-hard-ism I can place here. Still, I feel like a squatter on this site without an intro. So, at great risk to my future self's ego, please consider this my signature on the lease:

Get to Know Me!

Q: Pronouns?

A: They/Them to people I respect. She/Her to people I don't.

Q: Are you named after anyone?

A: a very special spider.

Q: What would your parents have named you if you were the opposite gender?

A: Wolfgang

Q: Favorite smells?

A: Fall-themed Bath & Body Works candles, Californa lilacs, fresh brewed coffee, my girlfriend...

Q: Do you have any pets?

A: I've had many pets in my life. My mom, God bless her, takes in every stray she sees on the street. As a baby, we had around 5 dogs, a mix of mutts and shetland sheepdogs. Growing up though, I only really had two dogs-- an aforementioned shetland sheepdog and a papillon. Today, I have four cats and one chihuahua, all adopted.

Q: Drink of choice?

A: An espresso martini or white russian

Q: Have you ever visited another country?

A: Nope. I want to visit Lithuania and Poland, and my girlfriend wants to visit Brazil.

Q: What is the first movie you remember seeing?

A: Back when Netflix still sent DVDs in the mail, my mom would order Aquamarine and Racing Stripes for me atleast once a month.

Q: Any tattoos?

Not yet. I love tattoos but I worry about the aging process. I'm planning on getting matching tats with my sister though.

Q:If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?

A: Chicago, baby. You can't get rid of me.

Q: How did you get into HTML?

A: My first foray into webweaving started in undergrad, where I built a digital archive in lieu of a proper thesis paper. I really liked the format of the digital archive, as opposed to a static essay, because it allowed me alot of spatial room for tangents and hyperlinking concepts together. I started this website here while in law school, as a distraction from finals season. My love of coding has only grown since.
